Instruction Mobile Virtual Terminal

Mobile Virtual Terminal (WB-MVT) can be used to perform all your transactions online without the use of an actual terminal. Necessary requirements are a PC, Black Berry, iPhone or any mobile devise with (GPRS) internet access (printer optional).

1- Select your browser App in your phone

Here we use an iPhone. Select Safari and browse to http://mvt.myxbc.com

2-Enter Account Information

To setup the VT a customer on a device like a (PC, Black Berry, iPhone or any mobile) you will need the account number, user name, password, and clerk Pin.

After you have entered the required information you can check the box Remember me to save the encrypted cookie on your device. If you have not checked the Remember me box when you setup your VT, you will be required to login with the account number, user name, password, and clerk Pin every time you want to use your VT.

How to sell a Pin

•  Select Pin value
  • Press or
  • The option SMS Confirmation to: is not mandatory.
•  Press
• Print Voucher when needed, and select   to return to the main menu
• Select if needed or to return to the main menu

 

How to sell a TopUp

Direct TopUp amount will be sent directly to the phone. The end user phone number will be needed to perform this transaction.

• Select TopUp Product
  • or
• Enter phone seven digits number
• Enter amount whole dollar amount e.g.: Ten dollars would be (10)
• Select to continue with transaction
• Print receipt when needed, and select   to return to the main menu
• Select if needed or to return to the main menu

Sell TopUp using My Numbers

You can store frequently used phone numbers and use them to quickly make a topup transaction. To store the phone number you have to go to the PVT (http://pvt.myxbc.com) you can't add numbers in the MVT.

• Select the number you want to Topup.
  • The button show name | phone number and in brackets the Topup Value
• You will see that the number and amount are filled in. You can still change the amount if you want to.
• Select to continue with transaction
• Print receipt when needed, and select   to return to the main menu
• Select if needed or to return to the main menu

How to VOID a TopUp if send by error.

To Void a TopUp transaction you must have the Transaction Number of the transaction you want to void.

• Press
• Enter the TopUp Transaction No
• Press
• Print receipt when needed, and select   to return to the main menu
• Please note that you can only void a TopUp transaction if the equal amount of funds or the whole amount of the TopUp sent in error is available on the phone number it went too.
• The Void can only be successful if it’s done within a 10-hour period of the original transaction.
